Dean Michelson has gained considerable experience, knowledge and hopefully some wisdom as a catalyst for change, a leader and manager, an organizational effectiveness consultant, and an entrepreneur. Michelson has worked with numerous organizations, large and small, private and public, for-profit and not-for-profit, Fortune 100 and small family owned enterprises in the United States, Europe and China

He is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience improving performance and decreasing costs in a diverse range of industrial, manufacturing, distribution, service, and non-profit organizations. Michelson has a strong track record propelling revenue and profit growth in startups, spearheading business turnarounds and increasing profitability and market share through exemplary strategic planning and hands-on management.
