
Consulting associate Christian Forthomme is the founder and President of Real Change Network. He was co-founder and principal of WDHB Consulting Group from 1989 to 1996. Christian has become known for his work on visioning, change management and social responsibility. His credentials and experience span international business, academia and professional training. Mr. Forthomme is an MBA graduate of ESSEC (Ecole Supèrieure des Sciences Economiques) in Paris, France with a masters degree in Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Christian launched and directed the Master of Business Administration program in Organizational Leadership at John F. Kennedy University. This innovative curriculum, which has been recognized as a pioneering program in management education provides experienced managers with information and specific skills to lead and implement positive change strategies. He has been a professor at CRC in Jouy-en-Josas, France, where he designed and facilitated the "Jeunes Managers" program, a nine-month training process developing leadership and change management competencies among high-potential managers. Earlier in his career, Christian opened new markets in South East Asia for a a major French paper company; contributed to the development of training operations for the leading French economic newspaper groupe, Groupe Expansion; and while a graduate student in France launched a nationally recognized organization that coordinated students at ten ivy-league universities for market surveys abroad. Christian was profiled as an innovative entrepreneur in Merchants of Vision: People Bringing New Purpose and Values to Business (Edited by James Liebig and published by Berrett-Koehler, 1994). He is a member of the World Business Academy and Social Venture Network, two organizations promoting corporate social responsibility and a transformation of world business practices.
