Reinforce the Learning
Reinforce the Learning. Maximize retention and application of training. Most learning never gets applied. People return to business as usual, often with little or no change in their skill level or behavior, and seldom with any easy way to support one another in the process of implementing change.

FutureU can help you create a system of customized messages and activities delivered across the weeks and months following a training event to ensure maximum on-the-job application of learning, irrespective of subject matter. The system includes a mix of content-rich motivational email messages and/or faxes, facilitated teleconferencing or online support groups, and, in some cases, face-to-face events—all integrated through a customized Web site.

Reinforcement is the best investment you can make to enhance the bottom-line return on your training dollar. For expert help in reinforcing any training program, please call 415-824-7726 or send email to query[at]futureu.com.
