For Rapid Course Development

FutureU's Fast-TrackTM Coaching is the complete, low-cost solution when you need to get one or more courses going and, at the same time, you want the responsible instructor(s) to improve their skills with course authoring, content creation and online teaching.

Delivered to individuals or small groups of 4 or fewer, Fast-TrackTM Coaching combines self-paced use of FutureU's Faculty Web Book with 4 hours of face-to-face coaching (travel expenses not included) and up to 6 hours of online coaching by telephone, web conferencing, email and/or asynchronous discussion forum, across 4 weeks. For each participant you get one annual license for the Faculty Web Book and up to 10 licenses for the Student Web Book. Two peer discussion forums are also included, one for technology questions, the other for the issues and challenges of teaching online.

Fast-TrackTM Coaching Includes:

Telephone and Web Conferencing Support. Expert advice as Fast-TrackTM faculty build their courses. Up to 4 hours of real-time attention per course developer supported by up to 6 hours of email and discussion-forum coaching—a $2,000 value.
Online Peer Discussion. Two forums, one for technology questions, the other for the issues and challenges of teaching online.
Student Web Book. Before students begin academic studies online, eliminate obstacles to online learning with this self-paced tutorial. Each faculty person chosen for Fast-TrackTM coaching may invite up to 10 students to use the FutureU Student Web Book at no additional charge. Additional students per course beyond 10 may purchase the book at a discounted price.
Informal Course Design Review. Ongoing and confidential critique of your online course included in each Fast-TrackTM contract. Formal, written critique available for an additional fee of $600 for each course.
Economically Priced: A $2,000 value for just $1,200 per instructor.
Optional Face-to-Face Workshop: Available at your location for groups of Fast-TrackTM faculty. One half day for an additional $1,500, plus expenses.
