Online Program Administration
FutureU offers a wide variety of resources for online program administration including planning tools, research services, and consulting support for administrator's of online learning and collaboration programs. Currently offered planning tools include help in choosing course management software and in creating online library access. Research services include assessments for technology readiness, user needs, learning outcomes and online learner satisfaction.
We also conduct custom online surveys and offer consulting support for planning and strategic thinking as well as guidance in planning and delivery of assessments, evaluations, and surveys in general, as well as spot consulting for choosing the right software and special programs for course design reviews and course content conversion.

Training Programs
FutureU provides extensive resources for faculty development including instructor-led courses to help students succeed at learning online, building course web sites with free or low-cost tools, and how to plan and create a technology-enriched course. We also offer turn-key faculty training in using technology to enrich education and can help you get your online program started get quickly with our low-cost booster bundle faculty training package. And, of course, we offer custom faculty development programs to meet your unique needs.

FutureU's long-range assignment is to help build collaboration among the scientists without requiring them to leave their labs. |

The California Virtual Campus helped decision makers at 107 colleges launch their online distance learning programs at a one-day FutureU workshop that included:

 | California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco improved internal communication among its 3,000 physicians, researchers, and employees by engaging FutureU to assess existing methods and attitudes and make non-proprietary recommendations for change. |
 | Southwest Missouri State University and Interamerican University of Puerto Rico prepared faculty members to convert courses for online delivery and to teach effectively online by sponsoring FutureU's semester-long faculty training program in the use of technology in the classroom. The program combines face-to-face workshops with self-paced online study and facilitated online discussion. |
